Preferred Exotics started in 2015 with a simple complaint: exotic car rental in Miami looked nothing like the cars themselves.

Preferred Exotics was founded by someone who spent years working the floor at Forbes Five-Star properties in Miami Beach — the kind of hospitality where the standard isn't "did the guest get what they asked for," it's "did the guest have to ask." That standard is the whole business model here: every vehicle in this fleet was bought to be driven hard, kept immaculate, and handed over without a lecture.
That's a harder standard than it sounds — it means fewer cars in rotation than a typical agency, each one inspected between every booking, and a concierge line staffed by people who actually pick up.
What we don't do
No hidden mileage caps buried in fine print. No "the car you booked isn't available, here's a downgrade" at pickup. No counter, no line, no forty-minute paperwork session while the car you're paying for sits in a lot somewhere else. If a policy needs a paragraph of fine print to explain, we've usually just removed the policy.
Where we deliver
Three real offices — Brickell, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale — plus delivery-only coverage in South Beach, Palm Beach, and both major airports, MIA and FLL. If you're staying somewhere else in South Florida, call the concierge line; most addresses are still in reach.
