Rental Agreement

Use of any vehicle in the Preferred Exotics fleet is governed by a signed rental agreement executed at the time of booking, which supersedes the summary on this page.

Liability

The renter assumes responsibility for the vehicle for the duration of the rental period, subject to the insurance terms selected at booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by vehicle and season and are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
