What do I need to reserve a vehicle?
A valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage insurance or our supplemental coverage, and a major credit card in the renter's name. Full detail is on the Rental Requirements page.
What's the minimum age to rent?
25 for most of the fleet. A small number of vehicles are available to renters 23–24 with an underage-driver fee — call the concierge line to confirm a specific car.
Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
Both. Most clients have the car delivered to a hotel, residence, or MIA/FLL. Delivery is free within our core service area.
Is insurance included?
Every rental requires either your own full-coverage auto policy or our supplemental protection, arranged before the keys leave our hands. Coverage details are confirmed at booking, not after.
What's your mileage policy?
Each vehicle includes a daily mileage allowance shown at booking. Extra miles are billed at a flat per-mile rate with no surprise fees.
Can I extend my rental once I have the car?
Usually, yes — call the concierge line and we'll confirm same-day whether the vehicle is free to extend.
